The IT and security policy kit: editable Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, a Python script and the license text, supplied as one zip file for download. Nothing is shipped.

Prices are in euro and shown before tax: Standard license 59 EUR, MSP license 149 EUR, one-time. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

After payment we email a download link to the address you used at checkout. The link works for 30 days and for up to 5 downloads. If a file is missing or does not open, write to us and we send a working copy.

Use of the kit is governed by the license terms for the license you bought.

The price covers the version you download. We do not promise updates; if we publish a new version, we may offer it separately.

The kit is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live are not affected.
