• When you buy: Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, takes your payment and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details Paddle shares with us, such as your name, email address, country and what you bought.
• When you write to us: your name, email address and your message.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps basic server logs, such as IP address and time of request, to keep the site secure. We use no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools.

• To deliver the kit you bought, answer your questions about it and handle refunds. Legal basis: the contract with you.
• To answer your messages. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying, or steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• To keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
• To keep records the law requires, such as tax records. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

These providers process data for us or, in Paddle's case, for itself:

• Sales and payment: Paddle.com (as Merchant of Record it decides for itself how it uses your payment data)
• Email: Resend (sending the download link), Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail (receiving)
• Hosting and file delivery: Cloudflare

Cloudflare, Google, Resend and Paddle may process data outside Kosovo and the EU. Where that happens we rely on each provider's data processing terms, which use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where the provider is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

• Order and download records: 90 days after the purchase, except records that tax law requires us to keep longer.
• Messages to info@aetherline.llc: 12 months after our last contact.

You can ask us for access to your data, correction or deletion, and you can object to our use of it. Write to info@aetherline.llc. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live; in Kosovo that is the Information and Privacy Agency.
