Who: ONE organisation, meaning one legal entity (a company or a sole trader) and the companies it controls, including their staff and contractors.

You may use, copy inside the organisation, edit and keep the documents, spreadsheets and script. You may give the edited documents to your own auditors, insurers and professional advisers.

You may not resell, share, publish or give the kit, or the unedited templates, to other organisations, and you may not offer them as a template product of your own.

Use of the kit for the work you do for your own clients is covered only by the MSP license.

The documents are templates, not legal advice and not a promise of compliance with any law, standard or contract.

Provided as is, without warranty. Aetherline L.L.C. is not liable for loss that comes from using them; check the law and the contracts that apply to you.

Who: ONE IT provider, consultant or agency (one legal entity and the companies it controls), including its staff and contractors. It may use, edit and adapt the documents, spreadsheets and script for an unlimited number of its CLIENT organisations, and deliver the edited documents to them as part of its services, under its own name or brand.

Clients: each client may keep, copy inside its own organisation, update and use the edited documents after the engagement ends, and may give them to its own auditors, insurers, advisers and a successor provider. The restrictions below apply to the kit and the unedited templates, not to the client's edited documents.

Not allowed: reselling, sharing or publishing the kit or the unedited templates; offering them as a template product or subscription of your own; giving the kit to another provider.
