Refund policy

If the kit is not what you expected, email info@aetherline.llc within 30 days of your purchase and you get your money back. You do not have to give a reason.

Write to info@aetherline.llc with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number. We reply within one business day, Central European Time.

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles returns and pays the refund to the payment method you used. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.

A refund ends your license. Please stop using the kit and delete your copies.

If a file is missing or does not open, write to us. We send a working copy at once.
